Buying Candles Wholesale

It's easy buying candles wholesale from Kate's Candles Co. We're excited to help you bring high quality home fragrance soy products into your store, and into your customers homes. We're here to help, so feel free to call us at 419-577-9906 with any questions. 

  1. Minimum Order Value

All wholesale orders have a minimum purchase of at least $300. 

  1. How to place order

 You can place orders Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time by phone or on our website www.katescandlesco.com.

All re-orders have a $300 minimum. 

  • You must be a registered user to purchase wholesale. If you have not yet registered please go to our website katescandlesco.com, click on "Login" then "Create New Account". Follow the prompts and submit your information.
  • Login to your Kate's Candles Co account and submit your order via our website at www.katescandlesco.com. An automatic wholesale discount will be added to your cart once you have met the minimum order value of $300
  • If you prefer to place an order over the phone please have our website available when calling to help reference the products you would like to purchase.
  1. MSRP

Products or goods purchased from Kate’s Candles Co have a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). A MSRP is simply a suggested retail price. Retailers are not subjected to any terms for resale pricing

  1. Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive a discount off the MSRP, plus pay the cost of shipping. Wholesale orders are not covered by our $125 or more. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  1. Returns

Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number & reasons. No returns are accepted without Kate’s Candles Co. prior approval & delivery instructions. Shipping will be charged on all returned items. For any goods returned as ‘undamaged’ there is a restocking charge of 15% restocking fee plus shipping chargeable to the customer. 

Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.


  1. Payments

Kate’s Candles Co accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal or business checks


  1. Shipping

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders freight will be charged on each invoice. Wholesale orders are not covered in our purchase of $125 or more free shipping guarantee to our individual buyers.


  1. Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Kate’s Candles Co at ktburnsworth@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise or refunded at the customers request. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.


  1. Delivery Window 

Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact me for information about availability.

  1. Third Party Marketplace Restriction 

Selling Kate's Candles Co. products on third party marketplaces such as Etsy is restricted. Customers who list Kate's Candles Co. products on third party marketplaces are subject to having their account suspended. 


Some items such as wax warmers and candle holders are not available to our wholesale customers at this time. By placing a wholesale order you are agreeing to our terms and conditions for wholesale.
